Reflections in Stained Glass Guarantee
Reflections in Stained Glass is dedicated to bringing you an enjoyable user experience. YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR PRIMARY CONCERN! Our goal for our customers is to create a distinctive design that communicates a unique, personal impression.
Can I supply my own design for the stained glass project?
You certainly can. To get the most out of your “custom designed” experience, we will work together to come up with a design that is acceptable and affordable to you.
What payment methods do you accept?
Currently, we accept both cash and payment through PayPal on our website.
How do you ship and how much does it cost?
Shipping will go through the best available carrier for each order. Especially when working on custom pieces, shipping will be discussed with you prior to shipping and will be restricted to within the continental U.S. Weight and size of custom orders will vary as well as the shipping methods.
Do you restore old stained glass pieces?
These projects will be considered on an individual basis.
What is the method of your glass project assembly?
All projects are assembled using copper foil and solder.
What about orders that get damaged in the mail?
We insure ALL orders for damages at NO cost to you. However, the proper claims process must be followed for our claims to be processed. You MUST take a digital photo of any and ALL damages within 3 days of receipt of your order. We will evaluate the damage and either repair or rebuild.
Always check each box being delivered to you for obvious damage. We make sure that all merchandise is packed in good condition, however damage can occur in shipping. If you have damage, contact the delivering carrier, whether UPS at (800) 457-4022 FREE, FedEx at (800) 463-3339 FREE, or your local Post Office, to request a damage inspection and then notify us. Keep all boxes, packing material and the damaged goods to obtain a Claims Inspection Number. A claim for damage or loss cannot be processed without a Claim Number.
